About the Positions

We are looking for warm, passionate, and enthusiastic receptionist to join us!

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome. This role involves managing the front desk, handling incoming communications, and supporting daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and assist with scheduling appointments;
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area;
• Monitor and order office supplies for the front desk
• Familiar with computers and appointment systems for booking, rescheduling, and make changes according to clients’ needs;
• Follow up with clients after procedures; must be able to communicate clearly;
• POS system and cash handling; as we has a memberships and various discounts applied for each membership; it is essential to be good with numbers;
• This role involves recommending products and treatment packages for clients skin concerns, as well as introducing treatments and services; so a passion and interest for the industry and a willingness to learn are musts.

• Available for at least two days a week;
• Previous customers service experience is essential;
