The Multi-award winning Nambour RSL Club is currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic Reception and Gaming Attendant(s) to work in our successful venue with 200+ Gaming Machines.

This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals. Successful applicants must possess a strong work ethic, have a passion for customer service and enjoy a team environment. A background in Clubs and Gaming operations advantageous.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Liaising with Gaming Hosts regarding player rewards and requests
• Completing all aspects of Bar and Gaming duties with the highest standard of attention and customer focus
• Provide full service to gaming areas as required
• Carry out RSA & RSG in line with Club policy and legislative requirements
• Undertake Gaming Cashier shifts as required
• Welcome guests and assist with sign in
• Promote and process Club membership applications
• Keeping patrons up to date with Club’s promotions, functions, events and activities

Candidates will possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:

• A Police check, RSA and RSG certification & experience is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and great customer service skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
