Elegance HLM has a great role working with a talented team organising all the housekeeping for a large estate in the Byron Region.

The set days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday around 22/24 hours a week, we are looking for a dedicated team member who has high attention to detail, has worked in high-end housekeeping positions before either in private residences or on private yachts. Experience working with events and dinners would be ideal as some function set up will be required.

The 60 acre land is beautiful, there is a family home, accommodation for guests, business offices and other areas on the ranch. We are looking for a committed individual who takes pride in their work and who is a positive person, enjoys what they do and available asap.

Police check and high level experience will be required.

What you’ll be doing

• Tidying the home daily
• Vacuuming & moppin
• Beds and bathrooms
• Complete home dust
• Laundry & Ironing
• Wardrobe/cupboard organisation
• Organisation of the home
• Assisting with flower arrangements
• Cleaning the guest house and other areas
• Stocking the provisions

• Housekeeping professional/Yacht Interior Crew
• Experience working with HNW/UHNW families
• Wonderful with children and teenagers
• Comfortable working with animals
• Laundry management experience, including ironing
• Understands the correct household cleaning processes
• Can work with fine fabrics & furniture
• Manage maintenance schedules & repairs
• Meticulous, enjoys organising a home
