Paralogic is an online retailer of incontinence products. We are looking for a casual person to work in a new warehouse in the Coolum industrial estate. The role is initially to backfill someone on leave from 12 May to 10 June, 3 days a week (Mon, Thurs & Fri). There is ongoing work for the right person, 2 days a week (Thurs & Fri). The job primarily entails picking and packing products into boxes for delivery, as well as receiving incoming stock and filling shelves. We’ll also train you on using a forklift. This is a physical role with lots of lifting, sometimes heavy cartons. Good computer skills (Windows) are also required. We’d also like someone who can learn about our products and systems and support the customer service team when the warehouse is quiet, by responding to calls and emails. Working hours are 8am to 3.30pm. We’re looking for someone who is very switched on, who can pick things up quickly and work independently. You will also need a genuine desire to help people. A permanent resident is preferred.

The current small warehouse team is made up of 3 men and women (corporate refugees) in their 50’s, looking to achieve a work/life balance.
