About the role:

Providing excellent customer service to property guests and contributing to the property’s friendly and cheerful atmosphere, answering guest queries and providing helpful local knowledge and recommendations, checking in and out guests and providing them with information that will assist in an enjoyable stay, resolving any guest concerns or disputes and escalating to relevant management when appropriate.
Cleaning: duties include; refreshing communal spaces, kitchens, monitoring and replenishing stock, and ensuring the property remains sparkling clean for our guests during the night.
