Join Our Team at Redcape Hospitality!

Located in the heart of Brunswick Heads, the iconic, community centric Hotel Brunswick is seeking F&B attendants to join our customer focused and energetic front of house team.

You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & the collective venue team to successfully manage the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel including cleaning, repairs and deliveries in a casual capacity for 3-5 shifts a week.

This role is available in a Full Time capactiy should it be beneficial for the right candidate.

Role Purpose

• To lead through Redcape’s purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on our key performance metrics.
• To support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance.

Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations

• General cleaning duties (floors, toilets, FOH spaces, etc.)

• Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs.

• Painting where required.

• Reporting any faults or health & safety issues

• Stock control and FIFO of stock.

• Ensuring cleaning supplies are used correctly and stored safely

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Ability to work in a variety of departments and flexibility to adapt to a fast paced F&B environment.

• A mix of general cleaning duties (3 days per week and one dedicated maintenance)

• Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.

• Having a keen eye for detail and continually improving the standards of the venue.

• Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel’s operating hours

• Forklift licence is desirable.

• Cleaning experience and/or maintenance experience is preferred.
