Perugino Restaurant is seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join our team in West Perth, WA 6005.

As a Kitchen Hand, you’ll be an integral part of our fast-paced hospitality operations, working collaboratively to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and mixing ingredients
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen workspace
• Washing and storing kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
• Completing other duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the kitchen operations

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• A passionate interest in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
