Our processes have been simplified for speed, and you will be trained across the food prep operations, which involve both prep and service.

About The Role
Cali Press is currently on the hunt for a new foodie who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and food preparation and a collaborative approach to working within an amazing Team.

Essential Duties
–  Overall rekitchen’sity for the kitchen’s daily operations.
–  Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders
–  Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
–  Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
–  Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.

Individual Requirements
–  Have the ability to take full responsibility for the kitchen and produce ordering
–  A passion for producing healthy and tasty food
–  Ability to ensure product consistency and maintain cafe operational standards
–  Outstanding cooking skills.
–  Real creativity when it comes to food. Interests in health and nutrition
–  A deep understanding of ingredients and produce.
–  The capacity to work under extreme pressure.
–  Excellent leadership and management.
–  The ability to delegate tasks.

Locations: CBD (Martin Place)
Monday to Friday – no nights!
