As part of our continued growth and focus on delivering quality service to our customers, we have an exciting opportunity for a casual based kitchen exhaust system cleaner/ technician to join our team.

Hours will generally be Monday to Friday with penalty rates paid outside normal hours

What you will need to be successful in this role

·       OHS Construction Induction White Card

·       Must have valid Drivers License

·       Willingness and agility to work in confined spaces

·       No fear of heights or confined spaces

·       Able to use hand tools, drills, cutters, knives etc.

·       Team player able to work in small teams

Duties include but not limited to:

·       Pre-scraping greasy build up from affected areas of kitchen exhaust systems

·       Washing and replacing grease filters

·       Pressure washing the interior of kitchen exhaust systems (fans, ducts, and canopy hoods)

·       Final clean up in kitchens by wiping down the hoods, mopping up the floors, etc.

·       Digital photography and completing service reports of all work performed at each job

·       Vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, replacing filters in mechanical plantrooms

·       Reporting mechanical deficiencies of customer and/or company equipment to management

·       Maintaining the cleanliness of company tools, equipment, and vehicles each night
