About us:

We are a family business located in Byron Bay since 2016 taking care of over 50 properties, mostly high-end holiday lettings. We are currently expanding our team and would love to meet with you. We are looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in luxury and detailed cleaning, that shares our commitment to service excellence. The position will lead into full time and the possibility of becoming a team supervisor for the right candidate. All cleaning equipment is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and preparing the properties to the highest standards within allocated timeframe.

•  Performing thorough cleaning tasks including bed making, bathrooms scrubs, cleaning kitchen, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window cleaning etc.

•  Checking and replenishing amenities.

•  Taking care of the equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a high-end housekeeper is essential
• Long term position (min 6 months)
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Take pride in the presentation of your work
• Mobility and neatly presented
• Manual driver’s licence is preferable as we have working vans available
• TFN and superannuation fund details
