Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Housekeeping Cleaner to join our team at the Aegean Holiday Apartments in Surfers Paradise. The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms to resort standards
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored properly
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
• Confidently use a mobile app to report cleaning progress and flag issues requiring attention (training provided)
• Follow health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Comfortable using a mobile device for reporting tasks
• Availability for flexible part-time hours, including weekends
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
