About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our team. This is a permanent part-time contract position (25 hours p/w), offering the opportunity for someone with a good work ethic, and high standards of output.

Presentation of our sites high level standards and in non-negotiable. The role will be hybrid across residential and corporate suite sites.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned sites, including vacuuming carpets/rugs, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and sanitising.
• Ensure bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, countertops are clean and sanitized.
• Make beds, clean linen (and press linen at corporate suite). Ensure all linen and towels are clean and ready for use at all times.
• Restock and maintain supplies in kitchens, bathrooms and other common areas and liaise with office manager for re-ordering.
• Keep fridge and pantry staples stocked at corporate site.
• May be required to do minimal food prep for small in-suite private events.
• Water and maintain plants at the corporate site.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns – including assisting with arranging access to corporate suite for trades and workers as required.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent level of service to both family and clients at all 3 sites.

What we’re looking for

• Previous 3-year minimum experience as a Housekeeper or Cleaner
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly and professional demeanor, maintaining strictest confidentiality.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and use of equipment.
• Reliable and flexible to be available to employer as required, and potentially at short notice.
• Driver’s license and car required to run small errands ie grocery / dry cleaning
• Working with Children’s Check
• National Police Clearance
• First Aid Certificate
