Panache Hotel Group (PHG) is a dynamic and rapidly expanding hotel management company specializing in short-term accommodations, hotels, and independent serviced apartments. We are currently seeking for part-time Hotel Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing success of PHG Group. This remote role requires employees to be equipped with supportive devices to work remotely. You will be required to work on-site and the location is Level 8, 471 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne 3000 Victoria.

Job Description:

• Assisting arrival guests to check-in on-site.
• Assisting in storing luggage for early arrival guests when the room hasn’t been cleaned.
• Coordinate with our virtual call centre team for checking booking payments, guest arrival time.
• Collect guest information when check-in at the counter, including verifying guest identity.
• Ensure all reservation details are correct and update on the booking system note.
• Offering exceptional customer service by addressing guest enquiries, such as provide toiletries or towels to guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel management software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Holding a Permanent Visa or Temporary Visa without restriction is a must
• Proficient and fluent in English
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Available to work at least 3-4 days per week.
