Hatch Restaurant is currently hiring as we head into summer!
We are a newly-hatched restaurant focusing on modern Australian cuisine, and we are looking for experienced staff to join our team that is bringing something new to the Hurstville region.

We are currently hiring for the following positions, paying above award rates, weekly tips & have 25-30 hrs per week to the right applicant with the following casual positions available:
–  Section Waitstaff  – Previous fine dining or hatted restaurant experience is preferred
–  Host/Hostess       – Previous experience with Seven rooms in a restaurant setting is preferred.

The venue is right next to Hurstville train station, a 20-minute ride from the Sydney CBD.
