The Sky Lounge 6009 offers an intimate, high-end experience for those who appreciate exceptional service and refined hospitality.
We’re seeking an experienced Host/Hostess to lead our team and help shape the future of The Sky Lounge.
About the Role
Your role is to take ownership of daily operations and ensure every guest experience is memorable.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the bar team to deliver world-class service
- Overseeing stock control, supplier relationships and COGs management
- Staying ahead of beverage trends and curating seasonal cocktail and wine menus
- Building partnerships with local suppliers for unique, standout promotions
- Coordinating with kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service for private functions and day-to-day trade
- Managing compliance with licensing, RSA and workplace safety standards
- Creating an inviting atmosphere
About You
- You’re an inspiring leader with a genuine passion for premium hospitality and the finer details.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury or high-end venues
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktail creation
- Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a team
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- A calm, professional presence under pressure
- RSA Approved Manager Card and Food Safety Certification (required)
