Kartel is looking for all levels of chefs, cooks & sandwich hands.

We need people that love food, have a spot on the palate (preferably with a love of spice & big flavours), can work the grills and fryers like a legend, make a fresh, tasty sandwich, prepare a vibrant seasonal salad and whip up a batch of orange ricotta cakes or triple chocolate cookies if you can do all that then fabulous! If you can do just 2, that’s also ok! 😉

We are located in the CBD with two shop fronts and a production kitchen, from which we push out the majority of our work in catering. We currently have a solid clientele base in studio catering: television ads, tv series, and movies.

We like to keep a positive kitchen culture and a strong team vibe.

If this sounds like you, we would love to have a meet and greet and get you in for a trial.

We have all kinds of availability, primarily Monday-Friday, with the occasional weekend job.
