Kawana Surf Club is on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our amazing team across Bar, Bistro, and Gaming areas.

Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’ve got the right attitude – we want to hear from you!

Available Roles:

🍹 Bar Attendants

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Operate POS systems and handle cash/card payments
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels behind the bar
• Must hold a current RSA

🍽 Bistro / Food Service Staff

• Take orders and deliver meals with friendly and prompt service
• Assist with table clearing, cleaning and resetting
• Maintain bistro and dining areas to a high standard
• RSA required; food handling experience a bonus

🎰 Gaming Attendants

• Provide assistance to patrons using our gaming machines
• Maintain gaming area cleanliness and compliance
• Monitor and uphold responsible gambling practices
• Must have current RSA and RSG

We’re Looking For People Who:

• Have a current RSA (RSG also required for gaming roles)
• Are reliable, well-presented and professional
• Have great communication and customer service skills
• Can work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends & public holidays
• Are team players with a strong work ethic
• Experience is great, but not essential – training can be provided!
