We are seeking dedicated Hospitality Staff to join our team on a short-term contract basis at our Coolum Beach location in Queensland. As a Hospitality staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a short term contract position, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

This role is for dates 16th-19th April 2025 Note: Applicants must be available to work these dates.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing friendly and efficient table service to customers
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages to high standards
• Ensuring the bar and dining areas are kept clean, tidy and well-stocked
• Assisting with daily operational tasks as required
• Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role
• Knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, friendly and professional attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
