Brisbane Grammar School is a non-denominational boys’ school of about 2000 students (Years 5 to12) overlooking the Brisbane CBD. About the role
To produce and maintain high quality standards of food preparation and service within the controlled cost parameters. Assist with all catering within Brisbane Grammar School contributing to the overall performance of the department. Assisting to the general hygiene and cleanliness of the work area to meet the highest standards.
