Formerly the RSL Club Southport, SOPO is a bold, reimagined hospitality venue in the heart of the Gold Coast. Together with our sister venue, Diggers & Sports Club in Surfers Paradise, we’re bringing energy, entertainment, and exceptional service to the local scene.

We’re on the lookout for experienced hospitality professionals who can work across food, beverage and gaming – those who thrive on delivering top-tier service in fast-paced environments, and know how to keep the good vibes flowing for our members and guests.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Hospitality All-Rounder, you’ll be hands-on across multiple service areas, including:

• Food & beverage service in bars, bistros, and functions
• Gaming machine operation & customer support
• Creating memorable guest experiences – every shift
• Maintaining a clean, organised & professional work environment
• Assisting with set-up, pack-down & everything in between

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

• Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality role
• A Queensland RSA – essential
• An RSG – highly desirable
• Friendly, can-do attitude and a proactive approach
• Ability to multitask under pressure with a smile
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster – days, nights & weekends
• Excellent communication & grooming standards
• A genuine passion for hospitality & teamwork
