As our business continues to grow and thrive,  we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced FOH Staff to join our team at the Full Moon Hotel, Sandgate.  As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Hotel.

If you hold current RSA certification and experience in the following roles, we would love to hear from you!

• Baristas
• Bar Staff
• Wait staff
• Gaming / TAB staff

This is a casual position and hours are flexible. There is an opportunity to convert to a permanent role on application.

• 1 year experience as a FOH team member

   

What you’ll be doing

• Providing friendly and attentive table service/bar service to customers
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
• Assisting with the preparation and presentation of menu items as required
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the bar and dining area
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen team and other staff
• Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations

   

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a wait staff or section in a busy hospitality environment
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including relevant regulations and best practices
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences
