Part-Time Salon Receptionist – Caringbah & Surry Hills

About the Role

We are looking for two friendly, organised, and down-to-earth Receptionists to join our beautiful Bixie salons in Caringbah and Surry Hills ( Maternity cover 6-12 months with option to continue on.)

This is a part-time position that includes one Saturday per month. Must be flexible to cover shifts when manager is sick or on holidays.

You will work closely with and support our full-time managers to ensure the smooth running of our busy salons, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting clients with a smile and making them feel welcome
• Answering phone calls and managing salon bookings efficiently
• Processing payments and managing the reception area
• Supporting the salon team and managers with daily tasks
• Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and inviting

About You

• You love people and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have great organisational and communication skills
• You are reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Previous salon or receptionist experience is preferred.

Locations & Hours

• Caringbah Salon – part-time hours including one Saturday per month & 1 late night (8:30pm) per week
• Surry Hills Salon – part-time hours including one Saturday per month 1 late night (8:30pm) per week
