One of Melbourne’s newest boutique hotels is looking for a fun, enthusiastic and energetic person to join the team in a Guest Services – Front Desk role.

We are looking for future Hospitality stars to join our team.

Requirements

• Proactive and confident approach that allows you to share your flair for relaxed yet professional service.
• Previous experience in a hotel role preferred but not essential.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to handle a variety of situations with confidence.
• Experience with RoomMaster positively regarded although full training will be provided.
• Must work well independently.

Ideally applicant to be available to work all days of the week on a rotational roster that allows some weekends off.

Your role will include:

• Converting enquiries to bookings
• Reservations
• Guest check in & check out
• Passionate about Melbourne, good local knowledge
• Maintain accurate guest accounts
• Attend to guests needs
• Promote hotel facilities and services
• Email and administration tasks
• Liaise with other hotel departments
• Oversee hotel operations in managers absence
