Cocky Locky is a busy burger and chicken shop in Cronulla, and we’re on the hunt for enthusiastic Grill Staff to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
– Cook burgers and wraps on the grill – Ensure all items are prepared according to our recipes and quality standards.
– Cook Kentucky-style fried chicken.
– Prepare fresh ingredients for the grill bar – Chop, slice, and arrange vegetables, meats, and other ingredients to keep the grill station stocked.
– Maintain a clean and organised kitchen – Keep the grill and work area tidy during service and perform deep cleaning at the end of the day.
– Follow food safety standards – Ensure proper handling and storage of food items at all times.
– Work as part of a team – Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Skills & Requirements:
– A positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
– Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!
