Dash Group Trades & Labour is currently seeking hardworking and reliable Labourers to join our dynamic team. This role involves a mix of construction and landscaping work.

Your Role:
As a General Labourer with Dash Group you will perform a variety of physical tasks, including assisting tradespeople, cleaning job sites, handling materials, and supporting construction or landscaping projects. The role requires physical fitness, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a willingness to take on a range of duties, from manual labour to site maintenance. Experience in construction or landscaping is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Construction Work:

• Assist tradespeople with various tasks
• Site clean-ups and maintaining tidy work environments
• General manual handling duties
• Other labouring tasks as required on site

Landscaping Work:

• Softscapes: Planting, mulching, topsoil application, and turfing
• Hardscapes: Building retaining walls, constructing decks, paving, irrigation installation, and concreting
• Maintenance: Snipping, mowing, weeding, spraying etc.

Key Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to work in Queensland’s hot and humid weather
• Prior experience in construction and/or landscaping.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions
• A good attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Construction White Card.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transport.
• Own PPE.
