Miss Margarita or “Miss Margs” as the locals call us is a funky friendly place that blends the energy and flavours of Mexico with the beachy vibe of Byron.

We first opened the doors of our colourful cantina in December 2012. From day one the friendly staff have shaken, smiled, and shaken some more, to keep up with the unwavering demand for fresh, moreish food and ‘hit the spot’ cocktails.​

Our staff love to make and serve great Mexican food and ‘one is not enough’ cocktails…but most of all we love to look after our guests, ensuring they enjoy the Miss Margs experience. ​Happy vibes, cold beer, ocean breezes and banging margaritas!

If you are someone who loves the buzz of working in a FAST and FUN environment we want to hear from you! We are on the lookout for experienced bartenders who are ready to come and shake, shake, and shake our famous Margaritas in our newly refurbished bar!
