About the role

We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic Front of house staff and Bar staff to join our casual team at our restaurant located in Kirra. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room. Bar experience is advantageous but not essential.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and seating customers in a warm and welcoming manner
• Taking food and drink orders, and communicating these to the kitchen team
• Delivering meals and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
• Assisting with any customer inquiries or requests
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a positive dining experience

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a Waiting OR Bar Staff in a restaurant environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• A friendly, positive and professional attitude
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Availability to work casual shifts, including weekends and public holidays
