We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front of House Staff to join our team at Allison’s Kitchen in Findon SA 5023. This is a casual position where you’ll be the face of our vibrant restaurant, responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen and bar teams
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience
• Maintaining a clean and tidy front of house area, including restocking and replenishing supplies as needed
• Assisting with table clearing and general restaurant duties as required

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a Bar & Beverage role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing a high-quality dining experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings & weekends.
• A friendly, professional and welcoming demeanour
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
