Parkside Cafe is located in Parkville, next to the Melbourne zoo and tram stops. With all things new, we want to create a core team of people who value excellence, efficiency, and quality coffee and food delivered with outstanding customer service. You will work in a newly renovated cafe that is well-equipped and designed to meet the trends. The successful candidate: We are searching for the cream of the crop, the best of the best. An experienced barista and all-rounder passionate about serving coffee that customers will rave about for days and keep them coming back for more. A barista who operates a coffee machine with expertise and willingness to teach and train other staff members. The successful candidate must be willing to perform other duties and be enthusiastic, reliable, passionate, and self-motivated with a fun personality. We’d love to hear from you if you are a quick thinker with great attention to detail and work well under pressure in a close-knit, vibrant team environment. This position will include some front-of-house duties and supervisory responsibilities within the team.
