Previous motel or similar management experience an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Keep the front desk tidy, clean and presentable;
•Greet and Welcome guests, in person or on the telephone;
•Answering questions or Referring inquiries or Address complaints;
•Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages;
•Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc;
•Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
•Keep updated O.T.A booking records and files;
•Scheduling appointments;
•Monitoring Log book; following management procedures;
•Opening and closing the establishment;
•Room Reservation and assignment;
•Guest registration, verifying identification and check in, cashier work, create room keys;
•Advise housekeeping staff to handle tasks when rooms are vacated;
