Food Prep/Service & Cafe Allrounder

We are looking for someone to step into an established casual food focused role at Coffee Works Mareeba.

Our Food Van serving a limited seasonal menu operates on Saturday & Sundays only during the summer months.

Duties Include:

• Maintaining food safety standards and record keeping
• Maintaining a clean and sanitised work environment
• Food preparation and service of a very small summer menu
• Cafe duties as required – dishes, running orders, clearing tables etc

Skills Required:

• Food Safety + Handling Qualifications
• Commercial kitchen experience
• Ability to work in hot conditions
• General cafe all rounder experience
• Great sense of humour

You will be available to work every FRI-SUN from 7am until 3:30pm. Penalty rates apply.
