About the Role

We are seeking 3 Part Time or Full Time F&B Attendants to join our Food & Beverage team, working across Events, Restaurant and Cafe operations at our Pelican Waters Golf Club.

Shifts will span morning & afternoons (7am – 6pm) Monday to Sunday, with a view to expand into dinner service in the near future.
Ideally seeking Part Timers of 20+ hours per week across the above days, up to Full Time (38 hours).

These positions are available for an immediate start & over the coming weeks.
Availability across the Easter period is essential.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

• Providing the highest quality service to customers through personalized service and handling enquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
• Prepare, present and serve food items & beverages (including coffee & alcoholic beverages), including restaurant table service
• Responsible for handling all cash and credit card transactions;
• Perform opening and closing duties for our Café & restaurant as required
• Assist in the set up, service and pack down of events/functions held at the Golf Club
• Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage equipment along with presentation of function areas and cafe;
• Working collaboratively within a team environment, sharing a joint commitment to executing service to the highest level.

What We’re Looking For:

• Food & Beverage experience in either a Café, Restaurant, Bar or Event/functions environment;
  Bar & Barista experience highly regarded
• Demonstrated commitment of delivering a professional and personalised customer service experience;
• Current Safe Food Handling Certificate essential;
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential;
• Current C Class drivers licence.
