About the Role

We are seeking Casual F&B Attendants to join our Food & Beverage team, working across Events, Restaurant and Cafe operations at our Pelican Waters Golf Club for the upcoming holiday period.

Shifts will span morning & afternoons (7am – 6pm) across our weekly roster.
Ideally seeking a casual F&B Attendant working the weekend shifts on Saturday & Sunday, with opportunity to work additional days across the 7 day operations as required.

This position is available for an immediate start & over the coming weeks.
Availability across the Public Holidays, weekends & holiday periods is essential.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

• Providing the highest quality service to customers through personalized service and handling enquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
• Prepare, present and serve food items & beverages (including coffee & alcoholic beverages), including full restaurant table service
• Responsible for handling all POS & eftpos transactions;
• Perform opening and closing duties for our Café, bar & restaurant as required
• Assist in the set up, service and pack down of events/functions held at the Golf Club
• Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage equipment along with presentation of function areas and cafe;
• Working collaboratively within a team environment, sharing a joint commitment to executing service to the highest level.

What We’re Looking For:

• Food & Beverage experience in either a Café, Restaurant, Bar or Event/functions environment;
  Bar & Barista experience highly regarded
• Demonstrated commitment of delivering a professional and personalised customer service experience;
• Current Safe Food Handling Certificate essential;
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential;
• Current C Class drivers licence.
