As an F&B Attendant at Mr Mills, you’ll help create an inviting atmosphere while delivering attentive, polished service. You’ll engage with guests, guide them through our beverage-focused offering, and ensure every visit feels effortless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and attentive service to guests within the venue
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with confidence and care
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the floor at all times
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest queries or feedback professionally and promptly
• Understand and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the food and beverage menus

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced cocktail bar or high-volume venue preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a polished demeanour.
• Must have a valid RSA certificate
• A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of service meet high standards.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
