About the Role:

We are looking for passionate Food & Beverage professionals to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. This position focuses on evening operations, including bar service and dinner service.

In this role, you will ensure that every guest receives service of the highest standard. You’ll consistently demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Your ability to create memorable moments through outstanding hospitality will be key to your success.

The Successful Candidate will:

• Have a strong customer-focused outlook with good communication skills and a willingness to accommodate guests’ needs.
• Have strong leadership and staff training skills.
• Be Reliable, flexible, and responsible.
• Current VIC RSA.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Great communication skills.
• Must be punctual with good time management skills & an ability to work under pressure, as well as reliable, flexible, and a great team player.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Applicants should provide employment references and have a current work visa or residency status.

The Offer:

• Casual rates plus 12% superannuation

• F&B Team Attendants: Minimum hourly rate from $32.31 Monday to Friday, $37.78 Saturday, $45.24 Sunday
