Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Attendant (Cafe) with extensive knowledge and experience to join our team. If you have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for someone who is flexible to work Monday to Friday, across morning or night shifts, with hours ranging from 25 to 30 per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and monitor day-to-day café operations.
• Adhere to Corporate Values, Doxa Community Club Policies, Employee Code of Conduct, and Handbook.
• Perform front-of-house duties related to cashiering and ensure the highest standards.
• Provide courteous, helpful, friendly, efficient, and customer-focused service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for members, guests, visitors, and employees.
• Handle cashiering services, including float balance, voucher redemption, and daily shift reporting.
• Dispense hot beverages and assist with short order cooking.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

What We Expect From You

• Extensive barista skills and a passion for coffee.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (desirable).
• Food Handlers Certificate and RSA.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, reliability, and dependability.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
