We are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Food & Beverage professionals to bring their high standards, ability and skills to create a perfect dining experience for our valued guests.

Casual positions available for the following role:

• Food and Beverage Attendant
• Bartender

Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders
• Set up and servicing of functions/restaurant operations
• Ensuring that all relevant laws and regulations are upheld (RSA)
• Preparing & dispensing of beverages
• Having a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items
• To ensure that all service stations and surrounding areas are kept clean and organised at all times
• Ensure Occupational Safety & Health procedures are followed at all times

To be considered for this role you need to:

• Experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star establishment
• Knowledge of OH&S and food hygiene standards
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and nights
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships
• Inter-personal and communication skills
• Excellent beverage and cocktail knowledge
• Impeccable level of self-presentation and grooming
• Passion to provide a superior and welcoming customer service experience
• Australian National Police Clearance, no more than 3 months old
