Food and Beverage Attendant

About the Role:

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be working closely with the Front of House Manager in order to anticipate guests’ needs and be well knowledged in our Food and Beverage menu. This will ensure you will be confident in upselling and able to attend to any queries when serving our guests.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage or similar roles e.g. Hotel We are looking for someone who is attentive, bubbly, and a great people person.

Responsibilities

• Provide a customer-focused approach
• Explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs and food and drink pairings
• Coordinate with the team to deliver food and beverages
• Accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders
• Boost sales opportunities by upselling and recommendations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working in Food and beverage or a similar role
• Have or are willing to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• A good eye for detail in table service
