About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our passionate team at The Point Brisbane Hotel. This is a casual position focusing on morning shifts, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional, and attentive guest service
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve meals and drinks to guest rooms (in-room dining) and restaurant tables
• Set, clear, and reset tables to maintain a seamless guest experience
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Support stock control and basic inventory tasks
• Promptly respond to guest inquiries, resolving any issues with care and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food & beverage service or customer-facing hospitality roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts
• A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential)
