Morena Restaurant is looking for customer focused, service and sales driven Section Waiters, Wine Waiters, and Bar Staff for our vibrant Latin American Restaurant located at the GPO Building in Martin Place.

With casual, part time and full time hours available, we are searching for enthusiastic candidates who want to grow with our business. While previous experience working with Latin American food and wine is favored, full training will be provided.

Your skills will include:
– Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, casual and fine dining environment or similar
– The ability to deliver a high level of customer service under pressure
– Strong communication skills
– A sales driven mentality
– Focus on providing swift but friendly customer service for each and every one of our patrons

Our Melbourne restaurants focus on provenance and sustainability. Our flagship restaurant Farmer’s Daughters heroes the Gippsland region and preserves the proud tradition of local farmers and producers, delivering their delicious produce direct to the heart of Melbourne.
