We are looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to represent Sidekicker at popular stadiums, convention centres and conferences in Sydney!

As a Sidekick, you choose when and where you work, meaning you have complete control over your hours. Work as much or as little you’d like.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver seamless and professional food and beverage service in a corporate or fine dining environment, ensuring a world-class guest experience
- Execute precise table setups and multi-course dining service, with expert knowledge of cutlery use and silver service techniques
- Provide professional beverage service, including wine service
- Confidently carry and manage trays for beverages, canapés, and à la carte service
- Maintain the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, fine dining, or corporate hospitality environment
- Proven expertise in silver service and multi-course fine dining protocols
- Strong skills in beverage service (pouring tap beer and handling drink cans), including Champagne presentation and wine etiquette
- Excellent communication skills, with polished and professional English
- High standards of personal presentation, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Experience using a POS system
- Certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
