About the Roles

We are looking to meet and work with energetic professional section wait staff and bar tenders in our brand new restaurant with the best view in Brisbane at Mount Coot-Tha lookout.  The right people will have previous service experience in an a la carte environment or high volume bar who can display excellent customer service, team work & communication skills.

• Have sound wine and food knowledge
• Comfortable in a fast-paced team-based environment
• Ability to be a sales person
• Personable and follow our established customer service protocols
• Section Leader, Restaurant Supervisor and Host roles available for the right candidate

Current RSA is essential.

Must have own transport.

What we need:

We are looking for friendly people with a combination of the following:

• A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
• A naturally engaging personality
• Positive attitude, initiative, with strong communication skills
• Ability to plan, organise and control situations
• Honest, punctual and have a good sense of humour
• Full time or casual positions available
