Love the buzz of a busy kitchen and don’t mind getting your hands wet? The Brook Hotel is looking for reliable Casual Dishwashers to keep our high-volume kitchen running like clockwork.

What you’ll be doing:

• Washing and organising around 1,200 plates per day (plus pots & pans!)
• Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and hygienic
• Helping the team by jumping in where needed

Shifts available:

• Monday to Friday: 5pm – 11pm
• Weekends: 12pm – 5pm or 5pm – 11pm

QualificationsAbout you:

• Reliable, hard-working and a team player
• Can stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
• Happy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
• Experience is handy, but not essential, we’ll show you the ropes
