We are currently seeking Day-shift Delivery Driver Team Member (and perform some warehouse duties) to join the Suncoast Fresh team based at our Byron Bay location. This is a casual position working on our day shift is an early morning start, with the benefit of an early finish to enjoy the rest of the day.

The purpose of the role is to deliver beautiful fresh fruit and vegetables to our large client base of cafes, restaurants, clubs, resorts and more across our region in one of our fully maintained fleet refrigerated light trucks – standard car license is all that is needed.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver fresh fruit and vegetables
• General warehouse duties
• Accepting and unloading deliveries
• Picking and packing orders
• Other various day to day tasks

We are a 7-day a week company so will require weekend and/or public holiday work which attract penalty rates.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will possess an Australian Driver’s License (no heavy vehicle license required), and a positive can-do attitude with a passion for physical work. You must be a team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates who have experience with fresh produce and can demonstrate alignment to our Just Cause, Mission and Values will be highly regarded.
