The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and efficient Cook / Kitchen Hand to join our breakfast production team. You’ll work a consistent Sunday to Thursday roster with the following shift times:
Sunday: daytime hours
Monday to Thursday: approx. 4/5pm to 11pm–12am
This role focuses on preparing and packing breakfast items in our central kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Prep ingredients and assemble breakfast menu items to production schedule
Pack and label orders accurately, following dietary and order logs
Ensure clean, organised, and food-safe work practices
Follow safe food handling and allergen protocols
Support the kitchen team with general tasks as needed
About You
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment
Understanding of dietary requirements and food safety standards
Comfortable working both independently and in a team
Strong attention to detail and time management
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
