Due to our high standards and quality of Exit/Bond cleaning, Clean has grown and is looking for more subcontract teams to cater to our growing demand.

Clean services many Real Estate Agencies and their tenants throughout Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, Moreton and Ipswich and require additional RELIABLE Subcontractors to cater to high demand.

We need:

EXPERIENCED BOND CLEANERS

BOND CLEANING TEAMS (2 or more)

GARDEN MAINTENANCE AND RUBBISH REMOVAL

CARPET CLEANERS

PEST CONTROL TECHNICIANS

About Us:

Established in 2012, Really Clean is a successful local Brisbane family-owned and operated business. We are well-established, ethical and reputable, with a good name in the industry.

What We Offer:

1. Additional training and advice for successful exit/bond cleaning.

2. Information and advice about the best products and equipment to use.

3. On-going cleaning offers.

4. Our eBook contains everything you need about successful exit/bond cleaning.

(This will be discussed in person with successful subcontractors).

Invoices are paid weekly. Our top subcontractors can make $500 to $2000 weekly.

What You Offer:

1. EXPERIENCE – You and your team will be experienced in Exit/Bond cleaning or genuinely willing to learn.
2. Hold a Current ABN or willingness to obtain
3. Have or get Public Liability Insurance
4. Your own reliable vehicle
5. Your own PRODUCTS, EQUIPMENT or be willing to purchase
6. Own a SMART PHONE
7. Ability to email professional invoices no later than 10pm Wednesday for payment. on Thursday
8. EXCELLENT EYE with ATTENTION TO DETAIL
9. AVAILABLE MONDAY to FRIDAY 8am-6pm (Occasional Weekend work offered)
10. You will be responsible for key collection and return to Agents and Tenants
11. You will have excellent attention to detail and pride in a job well done
12. You will be responsible for call-backs from agents
