We’re looking for 2 x causal reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at SEG Cleanable Property Maintenance Services. In this role, you’ll help us maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery across our sites. You’ll take pride in your work, contribute to a positive team culture, and support our mission to deliver customer-focused, quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard
• Follow site-specific scope of works or cleaning schedules
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with OH&S policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver consistent service standards
• Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning chemicals and consumables on site
• Liaise with supervisors and support workers regarding supported employee needs and workplace issues
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to policy and organisational development activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve outcome targets for the team
• Report any issues affecting service delivery to your Supervisor or Manager promptly
• Support and mentor Support Workers in their day-to-day activities

About You
You’re someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in creating clean, safe environments for others. You’re a team player who communicates well, follows instructions, and understands the importance of safety and quality in service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in commercial or facilities cleaning (preferred but not essential)
• Understanding of safe work practices and OH&S procedures
• Good time management and communication skills
• A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude

• Carry out all cleaning duties efficiently and safely
• Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and OH&S procedures
• Maintain cleaning products and consumable stock levels
• Work with supervisors and supported employees to achieve service standards
• Support team outcomes and quality service delivery
