CMBM Facility Services (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a trusted Queensland-owned company delivering high-quality facility services across the state. With exciting new contracts underway, we’re expanding our team!

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Cleaners to join our team working at various sites at Tewantin and Noosaville for Noosa Council in the Sunshine Coast.

🧹About the Role

• Shift Details:
  • Monday to Friday: 5:00 pm onwards
  • Total: 20 hours per week (potential for additional hours)
  • Location: Noosa area, Sunshine Coast
  • Start Date: Immediate

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Attend client sites at scheduled times.
• Comply 100% with all site rules, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver cleaning services as per agreed scopes of work and service agreements.
• Report any safety or serviceability issues with equipment and tools.
• Perform general housekeeping cleaning duties as required e.g., mopping and scrubbing hard flooring and tiled areas, class cleaning, kitchen / staff facilities cleaning, toilet and washroom cleaning and consumable replenishment, emptying bins etc.
• Follow all CMBM and client-specific safety procedures.

✅ About You

• Proven commercial cleaning experience
• Local candidates preferred
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (travel to site required)
• Must have or willing to obtain Police Check
• Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Committed to safe work practices and company procedures
• Positive attitude, team player, and pride in delivering quality work
