Rise is seeking Domestic Assistant’s within Perth who are passionate about two things, cleaning and supporting the aged. In this role, you will help our Aged Care clients to stay independent and living in their own homes by providing services such as general cleaning, vacuuming and mopping whilst building supportive relationships.

Our part-time vacancies offer five-hour shift blocks to suit your preference, either 9am to 2pm or 10am to 3pm – you will ideally be available three days a week or more (Monday to Friday). During shifts, you will be required to travel across suburbs to client homes.

We currently have client vacancies across the below suburbs:

• Location 1: Glen Forrest, Mount Helena, Mundaring, Greenmount, and surrounds
• Location 2: Gooseberry Hill, Kalamunda, Piesse Brook, Bayswater, Bassendean, Maylands, Morley, and surrounds
• Location 3: Nollamara, Kingsley, Duncraig, Dianella, Stirling, Noranda, Balcatta, Beechboro, Claremont, Wembley, and surrounds

👉🏼 The need-to-have…

Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following:

• Experience cleaning houses to a high standard with attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience following routines, procedures and instructions
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to build relationships and communicate efficiently with people who are aged and/or with a disability
• Confidence using a smart device (e.g. iPhone) and apps
• Driving licence and reliable vehicle to use for work purposes

✅ Formalities (The serious stuff!) 

Appointments to this position will be subject to a national police clearance and require a pre-employment medical assessment. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
