Our Clubhouse is re-opening after extensive renovations, and we are looking for casual kitchen staff to support our chefs and contribute to our busy Club operations.
About the Roles
The kitchen caters for all food outlets and includes our course cafe, restaurant as well as functions, events and corporate days for members, guests and Club visitors.
These roles are critical for the successful operations of our kitchen team ensuring that each food item leaving the kitchen meets the quality , styling and brand requirements of our club.
Both roles are a minimum of 20 hours per week and include weekends and public holidays.
Casual Chef:
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be qualified with a minimum cert 3,
Have a passion for food with excellent presentation skills
You will have a proactive approach to all tasks and a ‘can do’ attitude to your work.
Casual Kitchen Hand:
This role assist the chef’s with cleaning of all food service items, equipment and surfaces and involves some
basic food preparation is required with training provided.
Both positions will commence early to mid march
Essential: Own reliable transport due to location within the Kamay Botany Bay National Park at La Perouse.
The successful applicant must have the right to work in Australia.
